Capo Zafferano - Things to see and do

Map
The map (Google Maps) of the villa suburb of Capo Zafferano offers you an overview of some things to see, the stops of the Santa Flavia Shuttle and the exact location of the Solemar Sicilia holiday lettings.
Below you will find a list of all Sicily - All in one Place maps.

Lido del Carabiniere
As the name suggests, the "Lido del Carabiniere" is reserved for members of the Caribinieri. They can enjoy facilities such as deckchairs and a bar, but the entrance fee is not exactly low.
The free part of the beach offers no services, but a sandy beach that can be used free of charge by everyone.

Lighthouse
As we all know, the journey is the destination. This also applies to the Capo Zafferano lighthouse - at least if you walk or cycle to it. And this is recommended anyway, as the path is very narrow. So it's better to leave your car on the main road.
Your short hike is accompanied by plenty of fresh air, breathtaking sea views, lots of Mediterranean vegetation and the flying shows of seagulls. At the end of the path, you will come across the lighthouse. It has been renovated and is in operation. The surrounding buildings, on the other hand, are interesting for photographers looking for "lost places".

For expats
Finally! Two weeks of relaxation. In your villa by the sea. Space for new ideas.
They come to you, especially when you are sitting down on the platform. Here, the only thing you hear is the surf at your feet.
You treat yourself to your creative fortnight in Sicily as often as you can. And sometimes it turns into four weeks.
It's a good thing that the local expat service takes care of your villa when you're not there:

Holiday lettings
A rocky headland stretches out into the Gulf of Palermo. At its tip stands the lighthouse, which shines its light far across the sea at night.
The narrow coastal path to the beacon leads past wild rocks, lush vegetation and circling seagulls.
Our holiday flats and villas are located on its slopes - with private outdoor areas with terraces and gardens.
From here, the view extends far out over the sea and the rugged beauty of the Sicilian landscape.
